If you live or commute near the intersection of Fifth and Cecil B. Moore in downtown Philadelphia you might have noticed a new mural brightening up the streets!
The well known wall at Fifth and Cecil B. Moore has been a popular destination for graffiti and mural artists for years as it is a “permission wall” where property owners allow artists to create on their walls.
